My Story Day 4

When the mum where I was working got pregnant with their third child my workload got bigger too and I started to eat more uncontrollably, I didn’t always have time to go to the gym which lead me to gain fat . I didn’t like myself and I started doing the M10 gym blueprint , this was the very first time I actually did a programme. It wasn’t just me trying to figure out what to do. I finally understood more things about nutrition, macros, how to build up my meals and finally had a real training programme. I still had no idea how to actually train with REAL intensity but this was better than anything I have done before. This was the first time I was eating plenty of food and I was performing better in the gym, and you will see on the pictures I lost weight, my shape was changing more than ever. I was eating more than ever (2800kcal) and I was losing fat (my weight didn’t change too much). The difference between weight loss and fat loss…⠀



The first picture is my before and after pictures of my blueprint programme. I have done it from 2015 May- November/December until I moved together with my boyfriend and started my competition prep for my first ever bodybuilding show! More to come on that tomorrow!☺️⠀
