Hope Father Christmas/Santa gave you all the present that you wished for. Don't be so hard on yourself this Christmas time, Enjoy some food and try to keep balance. I am doing just the same. Enjoying some extra sweets here and there. Once in my life I ma not worried about those extra calories. I am just going to put them in good use as soon as I can. Think about this as a little recovery time and get back to your normal routine after It's over.
